Shipping Methods
The prices listed for the goods are gross prices in euros and include all applicable taxes and duties for domestic deliveries. Glass and packaging are included; however, special gift boxes and wooden crates from Familie Reinisch GmbH are expressly excluded.
For shipments outside Austria, additional customs duties and/or taxes may apply, including any import or export duties and any excise taxes, which may result in a change to the gross prices quoted. Such customs duties and/or taxes, in the amounts prescribed by law, are to be borne by the customer. Furthermore, shipments outside of Austria can only be made if there are no legal or disproportionate logistical obstacles preventing the shipment.
Unless otherwise expressly stated in individual cases, the prices listed in catalogs, brochures, price lists, etc., are always non-binding. Prices are also non-binding for repeat orders.
Prices are based on costs as of the date the price was first quoted. If costs change by the time the customer places an order, Familie Reinisch GmbH is entitled to adjust the prices accordingly. The binding prices are displayed in the Familie Reinisch GmbH online store in the shopping cart after the items have been correctly selected.
The customer is responsible for all shipping costs. Goods are primarily shipped by Österreichische POST AG. The applicable shipping costs are displayed to the customer during the ordering process—immediately before the order is finalized—and added to the total invoice amount. In addition, the shipping costs are listed in detail under “Payment and Delivery Terms.”
In all countries where Familie Reinisch GmbH does not offer a delivery service and works with partners, customers are served by the respective importers. Customers can find the relevant addresses and contact information in the “Sales” section of the Familie Reinisch GmbH website.
Delivery is made from the Familie Reinisch GmbH facility to the delivery address specified by the customer. If Familie Reinisch GmbH is unable to deliver the ordered goods through no fault of its own because a supplier of Familie Reinisch GmbH fails to fulfill its contractual obligations, Familie Reinisch GmbH is entitled to cancel the order. In this case, the customer will be notified immediately that the ordered product is not available.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the merchandise must first be remanufactured, the customer will be notified immediately by email or phone.
If delivery to the customer is not possible because the customer is not present at the delivery address provided at the time the package is to be delivered, Österreichische POST AG will leave a delivery notice at the delivery address indicating when the package will be redelivered. Three delivery attempts will be made. After the third attempt, the package will be returned to Familie Reinisch GmbH.

Due Date and Retention of Title
The purchase price is due upon conclusion of the contract, or upon delivery of the goods at the latest. This also applies to partial deliveries, in which case the purchase price for the respective partial quantities delivered must be paid.
Familie Reinisch GmbH retains title to all goods until the purchase price, including any additional charges, has been paid in full.
If the buyer is in default of payment or other performance, Familie Reinisch GmbH may suspend fulfillment of its obligations until the overdue payment or other performance is received, may claim a reasonable extension of the delivery period commensurate with the customer’s default, may declare the entire purchase price or any outstanding portion thereof immediately due and payable (loss of the benefit of the term), this also applies in the event of an installment payment agreement with the consumer under the provisions of § 14 KSchG, or withdraw from the contract in the event of failure to comply with a reasonable grace period.
In addition, late payment interest of 5% will be charged. Furthermore, a customer who is in default on payments is obligated, in particular, to reimburse the pre-litigation and post-litigation collection costs incurred as a result of the delay, including, in particular, reminder and collection fees as well as attorney’s fees. If the payment deadline is exceeded, any discounts or rebates granted will also be forfeited and charged to the customer.
Payment
The customer can pay the purchase price by credit card, through online banking (Sofortüberweisung), or via PayPal.
